Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Process Capability Analyst for a 12-month FTC in a hybrid Cambridge or London role. The incumbent will oversee CPI opportunities, manage projects across Finance Operations, and ensure proper assessment, prioritisation, and deployment according to the agreed plan.

The role spans people, data, process, and technology improvements, with potential to manage additional cross-team initiatives as capacity allows. Strong project governance and stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CPI governance and cross-functional projects.
• Ability to evaluate change requests and maintain audit trails.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage CPI activities with clear requirements and deployment plans.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and escalate issues.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with solution delivery teams to meet deadlines.
• Support change management to drive adoption.
• Collect and analyse KPIs from Process Leads and publish summaries.
