Aufgaben

• Ensure CPI activities have clear requirements, scope, resources and a detailed plan.
• Support CPI governance to monitor progress, mitigate risks and escalate issues.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and maintain effective communication.
• Evaluate change requests with Process Owners and PI team for sign-off.
• Oversee deployment plans, training needs and process documentation.
• Support change management strategies to drive adoption.
• Manage monthly KPI data collection and publish summaries.
