Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Process Capability Analyst for a 12-month FTC, based in Cambridge or London with hybrid working. The role supports CPI governance, process improvement, and project delivery across Finance Operations, coordinating cross-team activities and maintaining audit trails.

You’ll work with Process Owners and Analysts, manage KPIs, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Strong collaboration and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Project management methods, tools and implementation.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• MS Office applications: MS Project Online and MS Planner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CPI activities and projects have clear requirements, scope, resources, and a detailed plan.
• Support CPI governance to monitor progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels and maintain effective communication.
• Evaluate change requests and keep audit trails and sign-off processes.
• Coordinate delivery with solution teams to meet deadlines and deployment plans.
• Support change management strategies to drive adoption.
