Job summary

Ballycommon in Acton is seeking a skilled CPCS Blue Card 360 Excavator operator to join our site team. You will safely operate a 360 excavator, read drawings, coordinate with site staff, and maintain equipment on large-scale projects. GPS experience is desirable and training will be provided.

You must have right to work in the UK and be willing to travel across Aylesbury, Bicester, Banbury and Birmingham. Regular pay, overtime, travel/accommodation provided when needed, and clear career

Qualifications

• CPCS Blue Card for 360 Excavator Above and Below 10 tonnes is required.
• GPS experience desirable but training provided.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK is essential.
• Experience operating 360 excavators on large-scale construction projects.
• Team player with good communication on site.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for skilled CPCS 360 Excavator / Digger Operators with a blue card to join our team in Acton

Key Responsibilities

• Excavation Operations: Safely and efficiently operate a 360-degree excavator/digger to perform earthmoving and excavation tasks.
• Reading Drawings: Interpret and work from drawings and site plans to ensure accuracy in excavation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all site safety regulations and ensure the safe operation of machinery at all times.
• Site Coordination: Work closely with other site staff to ensure that all excavation work is completed according to project timelines and specifications.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the excavator to ensure it is in good working order.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• CPCS Blue Card: A valid CPCS blue card for 360 Excavator Above and Below 10 tonnes is required. Lifting Ops is desired but not essential
• GPS Experience: Experience with GPS-guided excavation is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK: Essential.
• Experience: Previous experience operating 360 excavators/diggers on large-scale construction projects.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with other site personnel.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in various locations across the Aylesbury, Bicester, Banbury, and Birmingham areas.
