Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd invites motivated graduates to join our Coversupervisor programme to gain valuable classroom experience before applying for teacher training. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, with full training provided, and no prior teaching qualifications are required.

We offer flexible placements, with a preference for candidates able to commit to a minimum of four days per week.

Qualifications

• Have a degree or relevant experience working with young people.
• Be confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour.
• Be adaptable, organised, and reliable.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
• Experience in a school setting is desirable but training will be provided.

Coversupervisor

Join a leading education provider to work as a Coversupervisor.

Salary: £130 - £150 per day

Coversupervisor - £100 - £120 per day (Salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Vision for Education is inviting motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join our highly successful Cover Supervisor Programme (CSP). This programme is designed for individuals who are looking to transition into teaching and want to build valuable classroom experience before applying for teacher training.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. Full training is provided, so no teaching qualifications or prior school experience are required.

Graduates from academic, sporting, and performance backgrounds tend to excel in these roles due to their confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.

We offer a range of flexible placements, but candidates who can commit to a minimum of four days per week are particularly sought after. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills while earning £400-£600 per week.
