Job summary

G MASS Consulting seeks a Coverholder / MGA Onboarding and Due Diligence Analyst to support services for the London Market. The role sits in the delegated authority team and focuses on onboarding using DCOM and ATLAS, plus assisting with due diligence reviews in the lead-up to and during renewal periods.

Key tasks include coordinating onboarding documentation, tracking progress, reviewing submissions for gaps, and liaising with coverholders, MGAs, brokers, and client teams to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in coverholder / MGA onboarding and due diligence.
• Hands-on use of DCOM and ATLAS for onboarding and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of delegated authority arrangements and coverholder oversight.
• Experience identifying gaps and documenting findings in submissions.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Progress coverholder and MGA onboarding using DCOM and ATLAS with accurate submissions.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and track progress to completion.
• Support due diligence reviews, including renewals and risk reviews.
• Review ownership, financial standing, licensing, and controls, escalate gaps.
• Liaise with coverholders, MGAs, brokers and client teams to move onboarding forward.

Job description

G MASS Consulting is looking for a Coverholder / MGA Onboarding and Due Diligence Analyst to support one of our clients, a services business supporting the London Market insurance sector.

Sitting within the delegated authority team, this role will provide additional capacity in the run-up to 1 January and throughout the renewal period. The primary focus will be progressing coverholder and MGA onboarding using DCOM and ATLAS, alongside supporting due diligence reviews.

Responsibilities

• Progress coverholder and MGA onboarding using DCOM and ATLAS, ensuring submissions and records are accurate and complete


• Coordinate onboarding documentation, follow up on outstanding information and track progress through to completion


• Support coverholder and MGA due diligence reviews, including renewals


• Review ownership, financial standing, licensing, compliance arrangements and operational controls, identifying gaps and escalating risks


• Liaise with coverholders, MGAs, brokers and relevant client teams to progress onboarding and reviews


• Maintain accurate records and manage competing deadlines throughout the renewal period

Requirements

• Minimum two years' relevant experience in coverholder / MGA onboarding and due diligence within the London Market


• Hands-on experience using DCOM and ATLAS to support onboarding and maintain records


• Good understanding of delegated authority arrangements and coverholder oversight


• Experience reviewing onboarding and due diligence submissions, identifying gaps and documenting findings


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines during a busy renewal period


• Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders
