Job summary

Randstad Education in Windsor is seeking a compassionate Cover SEN Teaching Assistant for ad hoc, day-to-day support in a vibrant SEN school.

You will work with pupils needing tailored academic and emotional assistance, alongside supportive teachers to foster confidence and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Full eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Enhanced DBS check on Update Service (or willingness to process one).
• Proven experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored academic and emotional support to pupils with SEN.
• Support classroom teachers and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Be flexibly available for ad hoc day-to-day cover as required by the school.

Supply / Cover SEN Teaching Assistant | Windsor Salary: £91 - £105 per day (ad hoc cover)

Hours: 8:20am - 4:15pm
