Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic Secondary Cover Teachers to support schools across Dorchester and the surrounding DT1 area. You’ll deliver pre‑planned lessons, manage behaviour, and help students stay focused in a range of subjects.

Available as day‑to‑day, short‑term, and long‑term assignments, with flexible work patterns to suit your lifestyle. Start ASAP on a temporary contract, 8:30am–3:30pm, in local schools.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning
• Minimum 1 year of UK teaching experience
• Up-to-date safeguarding training (within the last 12 months)

Essential Requirements

• Expereince supporting Learning
• Minimum 1 year of UK teaching experience
• Up‑to‑date Safeguarding Training (within the last 12 months)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Positive, adaptable, and reliable approach

To Be Eligible You Must

• Have the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
• Be able to provide two professional, child‑related references
