Are you an outstanding teacher in English, Maths, Science, Geography, Art, Food Technology, Business Studies, History, or PE looking for the next step in your career? Career Teachers are recruiting on behalf of several Secondary Schools in Kettering and surrounding areas. We are seeking full-time or part-time subject specialist teachers.

Role:

Pay: £[amount].00p/day

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of teaching methods and lesson planning, the ability to create engaging learning environments, and a passion for subject development and continuous learning. Effective communication, motivation skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and child welfare are essential. Ability to work independently and collaboratively is also required.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Plan engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues to adapt teaching strategies.
• Motivate students through creative teaching.
• Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and enforce behaviour policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents and track student achievement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree in English Literature & Language or relevant subject.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent; unqualified teachers considered.
• Previous secondary school teaching experience preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
