Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across Retford's partnership secondary schools. Join a friendly team and help maintain learning when teachers are absent.

You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared tasks, manage behaviours and support pupils. Flexible day-to-day, short- and long-term placements available to suit your availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour-management skills.
• The confidence to lead a classroom independently.
• A calm, patient and positive approach.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and school instructions.

Retford - Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Long-Term Assignments

Are you ready to make a difference without having to plan the lesson?

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to join our team and work across our fantastic partnership secondary schools in Retford.

What will you be doing?

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be the friendly face at the front of the classroom, helping keep students engaged and learning when their usual teacher is unavailable.

Your day could include:
