Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors for Worksop and surrounding areas to support secondary schools in day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments.

You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work, manage behaviour and engage students to maintain a positive learning environment across different year groups. Prior experience with children or young people is valued, and a calm, reliable approach is essential.

Cover Supervisors Wanted! Worksop - Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Long-Term Assignments

Are you ready to make a difference without having to plan the lesson? We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to join our team and work across our fantastic partnership secondary schools in Worksop.Whether you're looking for the flexibility of day-to-day supply, want to get stuck into a short-term assignment, or are searching for a long-term opportunity, we've got something for you!

What will you be doing?

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be the friendly face at the front of the classroom, helping keep students engaged and learning when their usual teacher is unavailable.

Your day could include:

• Supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared work
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Ensuring students complete the work set by their teacher
• Supporting and encouraging students with their learning
• Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns
• Working across a variety of secondary schools and year groups
• Building positive relationships with students and school staff
• Adapting to different classrooms, subjects and school environments
