Cover Supervisors – Flexible, temporary opportunities available across Felixstowe and surrounding areas

Duties as Cover Supervisor:
  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement
  • Support pupils with queries and encourage participation in learning activities

  • Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable
