Are you passionate about education and experienced in working with secondary school students? ABC Teachers is seeking dedicated and motivated Cover Supervisors to join our team in Telford. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

About the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage secondary school classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to student attendance and behaviour.
• Support students' learning and provide feedback on their progress.

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
