Job description

We’re looking for Cover Supervisors with experience working with KS3, KS4, and KS5 pupils. We are working with several secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent.

About the Role:

1. Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
2. Manage classroom behaviour and set clear expectations for students.
3. Support and guide pupils to engage with the pre-set work and reach their potential.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

1. Experience working with KS3, KS4, or KS5 learners (this can include non-school-based roles like youth mentoring, coaching, or leading clubs).
2. Confident classroom management skills and effective behaviour strategies.
3. Resilience, adaptability, and reliability in diverse school environments.
4. A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
5. Previous UK work experience in a school or educational setting.
