Location: Newport, South Wales

Pay: £120 per day minimum

Job Description

We are recruiting a Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher to support a secondary school setting in Newport. This is a flexible, classroom-based role where you will help maintain learning continuity by supervising pre-set lessons and promoting positive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-planned lesson activities and supervising classes in the absence of the usual teacher
• Promoting positive behaviour and keeping pupils focused, motivated, and on task

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 months experience working with children or young people
• Confidence leading a group in a school or similar setting
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
