We are seeking to recruit a cover supervisor to ensure staffing consistency across our schools.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and dynamic, covering staff absences and supporting staff on CPD days. If you enjoy experiencing a different day every day, this position is suitable for you.
The school offers a broad curriculum including GCSEs and vocational subjects. You will be responsible for delivering lessons planned by teachers, adapting delivery as needed to meet the needs of pupils and groups.
When not covering lessons, you will run interventions for individuals and groups.
This role will support schools across three sites in Deal and Thanet.
Your salary will be prorated to reflect the 38-week working year, paying for weeks worked plus a portion of holiday pay, with the total spread evenly over 12 months for consistency.
