Prospero Teaching is working with various secondary schools in all areas of South East London (Greenwich, Camberwell, Lewisham, Bromley, Bexley, etc.).

This position is for a cover supervisor (no experience required) in various schools on a temporary/daily basis.

You should be punctual, passionate about teaching, and capable of managing behaviour and developing classroom management skills. Prospero Teaching offers a learning and development team to support your growth as a cover supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising work set in accordance with school policy
• Managing pupil behaviour to ensure a constructive environment
• Responding to pupil questions about processes and procedures
• Dealing with immediate problems or emergencies as per school policies
• Collecting and returning completed work to the appropriate teacher
• Reporting on pupil behaviour and issues using school referral procedures
