Education Supply Pool Ltd is recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Abertillery and surrounding areas. You will supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-planned lessons in a professional manner and helping pupils stay on task.

This role offers flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements with a focus on work-life balance and professional development within Welsh schools.

Competenze

• Degree level qualification.
• Experience supervising classes.
• Ability to implement behaviour management.
• Maintain assessment of pupils.
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils.

Mansioni

• Supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4.
