Teaching Personnel is seeking anexperienced Cover Supervisorto join a dynamic secondary school inKingston upon Thames. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged in pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Supervise classes across various subjects, ensuring students complete assigned work.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide brief feedback to teachers on lesson progress and student engagement.
Support students with their learning, offering guidance where necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Previous experience as aCover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar rolewithin a secondary school.
Confident managing classroom behaviour and delivering pre-prepared lessons.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups.
A proactive and resilient attitude, with a passion for supporting education.
