Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is recruiting for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support students and staff at a large mainstream secondary school near Solihull. Roles include both full-time and day-to-day opportunities, offering a chance to gain valuable classroom experience close to Birmingham and Coventry.

The role involves supervising classes, delivering pre-prepared work, and helping maintain a positive learning environment while supporting staff throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Graduates or undergraduates looking to gain experience in a school environment.
• Confidence, a positive attitude and the ability to build good relationships with young people.
• Confident communicators who can take initiative and manage a classroom.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared work and support students with their learning.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
• Work alongside teaching staff to support the smooth running of the school day.
