Job summary

King’s Lynn Academy, part of Eastern Multi-Academy Trust (EMAT), is looking for a Cover Supervisor to help maintain continuity of learning and create a positive classroom environment. You will support pupils to engage with their studies and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing within the school community.

The role may be offered as a full-year or term-time contract, with potential flexibility around hours.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Experience of working in an education setting.
• Ability to manage classes effectively with pupils’ needs, including SEN and G&T.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuity of learning and foster a positive classroom environment.
• Support pupils to engage confidently with their studies.
• Contribute to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing and adapt to flexible hours if required.
