Job summary

Outwood Grange Acadamies Trust is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor for Outwood Academy Ormesby in Middlesbrough. The role is 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm, term time only plus 5 days.

You will supervise classes during teacher absences and deliver work set by teaching staff, ensuring continuity of learning. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management, a capacity to motivate students, and a commitment to supporting learners across various subjects
