Birch Wood (Melton Area Special School) is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to provide class cover and support high-quality teaching and learning. You will help pupils reach their potential and work within a collaborative team to maintain engaging learning experiences.
The role is fixed term until the end of the academic year 2027, 19.5 hours per week across Wed-Fri, and sits on the Grade 7 pay scale with progression options.
Salary: Grade 7 Pay Point 11-14 (£27,717 - £29,076 per annum, approximate starting salary of £14,607.60)
Hours: 19.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
