Ormiston NEW Academy in Wolverhampton invites applications for a Cover Supervisor to supervise classes during short-term absence of teachers. You will maintain order and keep students on task, responding to questions and supporting set activities.

In roles where cover isn’t required, you may perform teaching assistant or administrative tasks. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing Trust focused on pupil progress and wellbeing.

Ormiston NEW Academy is seeking to appoint a cover supervisor, to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers. The primary focus will be to maintain good order and to keep students on task. Cover supervisors will need to respond to questions and generally assist students to undertake set activities.

Previous applicants need not apply.

Where cover is not required, the cover supervisor will carry out such functions of a teaching assistant or administrative and clerical functions.

Ormiston NEW Academy caters for 11 to 19 year olds. With 1,066 students on roll, we provide a vibrant learning environment with first-class facilities.
