Job summary

Tenbury High Ormiston Academy in Worcestershire is seeking a Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons during short-term teacher absences to keep learning on track across five year groups.

We are currently looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible. This is a vital role to the operation of school life, delivering pre-prepared lessons for short term planned and emergency teacher absence to ensure consistency in learning for pupils across the five years.

The academy requires a candidate who sees the best in children, can motivate them as well as build supportive, respectful relationships with young people. The role also requires someone who can work under pressure, think on their feet and adapt quickly.
