Team Educate is seeking Cover Supervisors to join our network of partner schools across the UK. The role offers full flexibility over working days, with part-time to full-time options and the chance to gain experience in secondary education without QTS.

Responsibilities include providing effective cover, maintaining classroom management, engaging with staff and students, and adhering to school policies. We offer Safeguarding training, DBS checks, and referral bonuses for successful placements.

We are always looking for Cover Supervisors to become a Team Educate representative and work closely in our partner schools. We can offer as much, or as little work as required, providing complete flexibility around your working days, schools you would like to work in and distance travelled. As well as this, we can offer guarantee work schemes for Cover Supervisors who are looking for part time - full time work. Cover supervisors is a great opportunity to explore different secondary schools, building rapport with student and staff while gaining valuable experience that enriches your career and is a gateway into teaching, with out the need to hold QTS.   Experience required of Cover Supervisors: Experience working with children, in Secondary Schools Knowledge of special education practices and principles Ability to work effectively with children with complex learning and physical needs Strong communication skills to interact with teachers, parents, and students in monitoring progress Have an interest in a multitude of subjects.

  The Role: Position: Flexible Cover Supervisor Work Duration: Full Time or Part Time hours Pay Rate: £115 - £140 per day Duration: Ongoing.
