Job summary

Team Educate Ltd is seeking Cover Supervisors to join our network of partner schools. We offer flexible hours with options for full-time or part-time work and the freedom to choose which schools and days you work.

You will gain classroom experience, build rapport with students and staff, and access safeguarding training with DBS checks and Safer Recruitment practices. The role includes daily pay of £115–£140.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in secondary settings or similar environments.
• Strong communication with teachers, parents and students.
• Ability to engage with a range of education professionals.
• Clear subject knowledge on the subjects to be taught.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective cover for partner schools.
• Be prompt and reliable.
• Engage with education professionals to support learning.
• Maintain classroom management and follow school policies.
• Adapt to different classrooms and timetables as required.
