Job summary

TeacherActive is supporting a mainstream Secondary School in the Studley area with a Cover Supervisor for long-term placements in Warwickshire. The role involves supervising classes, delivering pre-planned work and maintaining high educational expectations.

You will work with pupils across the secondary age range, building engagement and ensuring smooth daily learning. The position offers flexible day-to-day work and competitive daily pay of £110-£150.

Qualifications

The school is looking for a Cover Supervisor for long-term placements, with flexible day-to-day work also available. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across the secondary age range, deliver pre-planned work, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused and engaged with their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting


• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills


• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• A flexible and adaptable approach
