Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a mainstream Secondary School in Nuneaton. This Cover Supervisor role involves supervising classes, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining high standards of behaviour.

You will work across the secondary age range, adapt to different subjects, and help students stay focused and engaged. Salary is £110-£150 per day with flexible, long-term placements.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Secondary School based in Nuneaton. The school provides a supportive learning environment with a focus on maintaining high expectations and encouraging students to engage positively with their education.

The school is looking for a Cover Supervisor for long-term placements, with flexible day-to-day work also available. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across the secondary age range, deliver pre-planned work, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused and engaged with their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• A positive can-do attitude
