Job summary

Ethos Education Ltd. is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support teaching and learning across primary and secondary schools in Walton on Thames. You will lead classes when teachers are absent, deliver planned lessons with no prep, manage behaviour, and keep lessons running smoothly.

We welcome applicants from coaching, youth work, or teaching backgrounds who can build rapport with pupils and adapt to year groups from Year 3 to Year 9. Flexible days and immediate start are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in coaching, mentoring, or education.

About the role

We're recruiting cover supervisors to support teaching and learning at primary and secondary schools in Walton on Thames. Whether you're an ECT building experience while job hunting, a sports coach, youth worker, or someone with experience leading young people, this is flexible work that keeps doors open.

As a cover supervisor, you'll lead classes when teachers are absent, support learning activities, manage behaviour, and keep lessons running smoothly. You might work with Year 3s one day and Year 9s the next - lesson plans are already prepared, so there's no prep needed.
