Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking a committed Cover Supervisor to work across a group of Nailsea schools. The position is a fixed-term supply role, 3–5 days per week, starting in November 2026, with teaching across general subjects up to GCSE and A Level in line with the National Curriculum.

Cover Supervisor, Nailsea

We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic and skilled Cover Supervisor based in Nailsea.

Monarch Education are looking for a full time Cover Supervisor to join their Secondary team in November 2026. This is a fixed term role on a supply basis, covering 3-5 days per week, and as part of this role you will work in a small group of schools in Nailsea teaching general subjects up to GCSE level and A Level.

Daily rate of pay will start at £110 and can increase to £160 , for more experienced cover supervisors

Job responsibilities:

• Teaching all lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Creating a positive environment and managing behaviour within the classroom
• Providing leadership for the classroom assistant to provide the best support for all pupils
