Protocol Education is seeking proactive Cover Supervisors to support schools in the Shropshire, Telford and Wolverhampton area when teachers are absent. The role is unqualified, with full training available and opportunities for both full-time and part-time hours to fit around other commitments.

Ideal candidates will bring energy, adaptability and clear communication, with a passion for helping pupils succeed. Prior experience in education is helpful but not essential.

Protocol Education are working with schools throughout the Shropshire, Telford and Wolverhampton area and we’re searching for positive, proactive Cover Supervisors who can keep lessons running smoothly and pupils engaged when teachers are away.

Best thing about this role, you dont need to have formal teaching qualifcations to do it. The role of a Cover Supervisor is Unqualified. Its all about you, the energy you can bring to the classroom. Previous experience is helpful, but not essential, full training will be given to the successful candidate.

There are both full and part time options available, so the role and work can fit around your current availabilty, ensuring you have a great work/life balance.

You Will:

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with young people and can bring energy, patience, and structure to the classroom.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Are confident, adaptable, and organised
• Communicate clearly and listen well
• Stay calm under pressure and have a positive attitude
• Want to play an active part in helping pupils succeed
• Previous experience working within education or a similar field with young people is preferred

We work with all schools throughout Shropshire, Telford and Wolverhampton. There will be a school and role nearby!
