Protocol Education Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Secondary Cover Supervisor to join schools in Telford and Shropshire. You will lead learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring student progress in the absence of their regular teacher.
Your responsibilities include delivering pre-prepared lessons, supervising students, and maintaining high standards in classroom management. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident leading learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, managing classrooms effectively and ensuring students continue to make progress when their usual teacher is absent.
You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons and curriculum activities across a range of secondary subjects, maintaining continuity of learning and creating a calm, purposeful environment where students are able to remain focused and engaged.

Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Instructor, Tutor or within a secondary school environment would be advantageous.
We are also keen to hear from candidates with strong transferable skills who have experience working with young people and are looking to develop a career within secondary education.
