Qualifications

• Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged students.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Reliable, professional and adaptable approach.
• Experience supporting children or young people.
• Availability during school hours and Enhanced DBS/Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Ensuring students remain engaged and complete their assigned work.
• Supporting students with questions and classroom activities.
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Supervising pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Ensuring students remain engaged and complete their assigned work

• Supporting students with questions and classroom activities

• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures

• Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons

• Experienced Cover Supervisors

• Graduates with relevant experience working with young people

• Sports coaches, youth workers and mentors

• Unqualified teachers with secondary classroom experience

You'll Need:
