PK Education - Cover Supervisor Role

PK Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in partner schools across South Yorkshire on a flexible supply basis. Building ongoing relationships with staff and pupils can lead to improved behaviour and potential longer-term positions. Good behaviour management skills are essential, and experience working with secondary-aged pupils is preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Supervise pupils carrying out work prepared by teachers.
2. Manage pupil behaviour during lessons.
3. Address immediate issues that arise.
4. Collect and pass on completed work to teachers.
5. Build rapport with students.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree-qualified or school support experience.
• Experience working with groups of children.
• Availability for at least 2 days a week.
• Flexibility and ability to work at short notice.
