As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education for students in the absence of their regular teachers. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring that students remain engaged and on task. You will support students across various subjects and year groups, making adaptability and a proactive approach key attributes for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher.

• Supporting students in their learning and addressing any queries.
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Providing feedback to teachers regarding student progress and behavior.
