Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding teaching opportunity in secondary schools? No formal teaching qualification required!

Vision for Education is currently looking to appoint a highly motivated Cover Supervisor to deliver various lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 on an ad hoc basis, with the possibility of short/longer-term roles for the right candidate in their subject specialism. The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons while managing classroom behaviour.

Requirements:

• Have experience teaching large groups of students aged 11 - 16
• Have the ability to build a quick rapport with students
• Have the ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours
