Join us as a Cover Supervisor at Vision for Education Ltd

ABC Teachers is seeking Classroom Supervisors to work in SEN schools in the Solihull area. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to students' educational development in a supportive environment. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist students to ensure their educational development.
• Uphold school policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with staff and administration.

About You

• Experience working with children and young people with SEN, including learning difficulties, autism, or looked-after children, is desirable.
• Qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care, or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to obtain references and a DBS check.
