Job summary

Step Teachers is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor for a thriving 11–16 school. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-planned materials across diverse subjects, and maintain a calm, productive learning environment while upholding school policies on behaviour and safeguarding.

The role requires strong communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead classes independently with an organised, adaptable approach.
