E-ACT Ousedale School in Olney is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to support learning across lessons and raise attainment. You will work under the direction of teaching staff to supervise classes and ensure smooth continuation of learning in their absence.
The role requires GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or equivalent, plus Level 3 Cover Supervision or HLTA. Strong communication and behaviour management skills are essential for a calm, productive classroom.
