Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust in Nottingham is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support teaching staff and maintain a positive learning environment for students. You will supervise classes when teachers are absent and provide administrative support as required, contributing to a calm, structured classroom atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will be organised, resilient and self-motivated, with the confidence to manage classrooms and work within supportive teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising students or managing classroom supervision is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive school team.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom supervision in the absence of teaching staff and maintain a productive learning environment.
• Deliver administrative support when not covering lessons and assist colleagues as needed.

To provide classroom supervision in the event of teaching staff being absent from work or otherwise unavailable. When not being used for cover, provide administrative support.
