Job summary

Vision for Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to support ALP secondary schools across the North East. You will work on day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply across multiple sites, with flexible schedules and immediate start options.

Opportunities exist at several ALP schools, with excellent daily rates paid under PAYE, potential guaranteed pay, and access to CPD and a dedicated consultant to support your progression.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary school aged children.
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
• Confidence leading a classroom independently.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A flexible and professional approach.
• A passion for supporting the progress of secondary school pupils.

Responsibilities

• Work from pre-planned lessons and deliver learning across a range of subjects.

£110.00 - £120.00 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Working from pre-planned lessons, the successful Cover Supervisor will deliver learning across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout the lesson.
