Job summary

GSL Education Hull are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school in Hull, supporting pupils aged 11-16. You will supervise classes in the absence of the usual teacher, delivering pre-prepared materials and maintaining positive behaviour.

This role offers daily pay of £103-£125, with both full-time and part-time options and an ASAP start. All applicants will require Enhanced DBS checks and be committed to safeguarding and high-quality teaching.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role is essential.
• Confident managing secondary-aged pupils and maintaining classroom expectations.
• Strong communication, organisation and behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities
