Job summary

Harrogate Grammar School is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to supervise lessons during teacher absence and foster a positive learning environment. The role is term-time with training days, working Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 (Wednesday finish 3:30pm).

You will support students in developing confidence and essential skills while upholding safeguarding standards. Ideally you are student-focused, approachable, resilient and organised, with a commitment to equality and teamwork in a busy

Fixed Term until 31st August 2027. This appointment is subject to school business need and is therefore offered on a fixed-term basis.
