Job summary

Temple Moor High School in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support learning when teachers are absent.

You will supervise classes, support positive behaviour and build constructive relationships with students, helping ensure they continue to learn effectively. This role is term-time only with training days, offering a rewarding environment within Red Kite Learning Trust.

Job description

Term-time only + Training Days. Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 and Friday, 08:00 - 15:30.

We are looking to appoint a dedicated Cover Supervisor who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential. Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff, you will help ensure that students continue to learn effectively when teachers are absent.

This varied and rewarding role involves supervising classes, supporting positive behaviour and building constructive relationships with students. You will play an important part in creating an environment where all students feel supported, included and able to succeed.
