Job summary

Strategy Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across London. If you are a graduate or have school‑based experience, you will deliver set work, manage classes and support teachers.

This role offers hands‑on classroom experience and a pathway into teacher training, with flexible daily hours and ongoing consultant support. DBS check and references are required.

Qualifications

• A degree (or be working towards one), or relevant experience in a school setting.
• A genuine interest in education and potentially pursuing teaching.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence working with secondary-aged students (KS3–KS5).
• A proactive, flexible, and professional approach.

Cover Supervisors - Secondary Schools

Are you a graduate considering a career in teaching, or do you have experience working in secondary schools? We are currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools across London.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on classroom experience, develop your confidence, and build a pathway into teacher training.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom in the absence of the teacher. You will deliver pre-set work, ensure students remain on task, and maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
