Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in Barking & Dagenham on a day-to-day basis. You will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, deliver prepared work, and help students stay on task.

This role offers flexible working across local schools, competitive daily pay, and ongoing consultant support. Prior DBS on update service is preferred but not essential, with DBS processing available through Remedy Education if required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence working with secondary school students.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
