Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment.
• Record attendance and report concerns to teaching staff.
• Provide feedback to teachers regarding student participation and outcomes.
• Support students with additional learning needs where appropriate.
• Assist with the smooth running of the school day, including break duties.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and behaviour policies at all times.
• Build positive relationships with students, teachers and staff.
