Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a secondary school in Grantham to recruit a Cover Supervisor for a long-term, full-time role starting September. You will deliver pre-prepared work across various subjects, manage behaviour, and keep students engaged throughout lessons.

Salary: £95 - £105 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school in Grantham that is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. The school offers a challenging but rewarding environment and requires confident staff who can build positive relationships with students while maintaining clear boundaries.

The school is looking to take on a full-time Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-prepared work across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students remain focused and engaged throughout lessons.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is preferred
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
