Oasis Academy Hadley is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to supervise classes in the absence of teachers and to support students with learning needs. This permanent, term-time role offers a full-time schedule (37 weeks) and a salary on the Support Staff Scale 12-18 (£28,908-£31,561).

The position includes invigilating examinations, fostering a positive classroom environment, and contributing to pupil attainment and confidence in line with the school's values.

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes of absent colleagues and, where appropriate, supporting children with additional educational needs.
• Invigilating school and public examinations and tests as required.
